These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of quademdigital.com and any services provided by Quadem Digital Enterprise ("Quadem", "I", "me" or "my"). Quadem is a one-person studio. By using this website or engaging my services, you agree to these Terms.

My Services

I provide digital services including web design and development, digital marketing, branding and graphic design, AI video production, and SEO. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any project are agreed separately with each client, usually in a proposal or contract.

Use of This Website

You agree to use quademdigital.com only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with how it runs, or use it to transmit harmful or malicious code.

Quotes and Estimates

Tools such as the project quote calculator give estimates for general planning only. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal or invoice that I issue.

Payments and Refunds

Payment terms, including deposits, milestones and final balances, are set out in each client's project agreement or invoice. Card payments are taken by Paystack on their own secure page. Refund eligibility, if any, is set out in that agreement unless the law requires otherwise.

Intellectual Property

All content on quademdigital.com, including text, graphics, logos and code, belongs to Quadem Digital Enterprise unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of work created for a client transfers as set out in that client's project agreement, usually on full payment.

Third-Party Links and Services

This site links to third-party services, including QuadERP (quaderp.app) and partner tools. I am not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quadem Digital Enterprise is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or my services.

Changes to These Terms

I may revise these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the website after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms.
