You already know who your best customer is. I go and find the rest of them.
Every month you get a list of businesses that match your exact description, each with a checked email address, a phone number, and one line explaining why they need calling now. Not a login to a database everyone else already has.
Tell me about your last five customersIf you can describe them clearly, I can build this. If you cannot, you do not have a lead problem and I will tell you so.
01The list you want does not exist
Lead tools work off standard boxes. Industry, job title, company size, location. Tick the boxes, get your list. That is fine if your customer fits in a box.
Good customers never do.
There is no box for anything in the right hand column. You cannot buy that list.
But every one of those can be worked out from information anybody can see. Somebody just has to go and look, at scale, and know what they are looking for. That is the whole service. Not a secret database. Looking properly, every month, at the things other people cannot be bothered to check.
02What arrives
The list
A spreadsheet of businesses matching your definition. Company name, contact name where it can be found, a checked email address, phone number, website and town.
The reason
One line per business saying why it is on the list this month. "Opened a second site in June." "No mobile version of their site." That line is what gets your email answered.
The clean-up
Nobody appears twice. Anyone already your customer is removed. Anyone who said no is removed permanently. Anything that bounced last month is gone.
The third one sounds like housekeeping. It is the reason clients stay. Everyone who has bought leads before has been burned by paying twice for the same dead names.
03How it works
- We work out who your customer actually is. A conversation, then a written definition you sign off. This is the part that takes real thought, and it is why the first month costs more than the ones after it. If the definition is vague, everything downstream is vague.
- I go and find them. Public information, read at scale, filtered against your definition, then checked by hand before anything reaches you. The checking is not optional and it is not automated away.
- It happens again next month. People change jobs. Businesses close. Websites get rebuilt. A list handed over six months ago is partly wrong today, which is why this is a monthly service and not a file you buy once.
04Who this is for
A good fit
- Suppliers selling one specialist thing to one specialist buyer
- Companies selling equipment or machinery
- Recruiters working in one narrow field
- Commercial builders and trade contractors
- Software companies chasing a single industry
- Agencies who need leads of their own
Not a fit
- "Our customer is basically anyone." There is nothing to build around
- Shops selling to the public rather than to businesses
- Anyone who wants one list and no ongoing service
- Anyone who intends to spam people with it
05What it costs
These are starting points, not a rate card. What you pay depends on how awkward your niche is to search, and I will tell you which of the three you actually need rather than the most expensive one.
All prices in USD.
Setting it up
from $2,500
from GH₵ 6,000
One off, two to three weeks
Working out the definition, building and testing the search, and the first list delivered and checked by hand.
Leads only
from $300
from GH₵ 900
A month
A fresh list, everything re-checked, duplicates and dead ends stripped out. You do your own outreach.
Done for you
from $1,500
from GH₵ 4,000
A month
Everything above, plus the emails written and sent, and the video and images made. You take the meetings.
06What this is not
It is not software. You are not buying a login and you are not being asked to run anything. If you wanted a tool you would already have bought one, and it would be sitting unused.
It is not a database. Nothing here is scraped from a list somebody else is also selling. That is the point, and it is also why it costs more than a seat on a platform.
It is not instant. The first month is slow because the definition has to be right. Months two onward are quick.
It is not unconditional. You get a loud voice pointed at real people, and my name is attached to how you use it. The contract says unsubscribes are honoured, no lists bought from anywhere else are mixed in, and nobody pretends to be someone they are not. If that is a problem, this is not the right service.
07Where you can watch it run
Fieldwork has not been sold to two or three clients yet, so there are no client results on this page. Putting invented ones here would be the exact dishonesty the service is sold against.
What does exist is the machine running at full size, in public. In August 2026 it found 3,928 businesses listed on Google Maps across the UK, the Gulf and the US, opened all of them, and checked eight things about each homepage. 2,828 of the websites loaded at all. 42.9% of those had no HTTPS.
That is the same searching, the same checking by hand and the same removal of dead ends described in section 03, pointed at a whole market instead of one client's definition. The full method, the sample and its limits are on the study, including the parts that make the headline look worse.
08Questions
How is this different from a lead database?
A database lets you filter on standard fields such as industry, job title and company size. Fieldwork starts from a description of your customer that no database has a field for, such as a business that recently opened a second location or one whose website has no mobile version, and finds those businesses by reading public information about them.
How many businesses do I get?
It depends on how narrow your definition is. A tight definition in a small market might return sixty a month and be worth more than six hundred loose ones. The number is agreed before you sign, not promised in advance.
Are the email addresses verified?
Yes. Every address is checked before delivery, and anything that bounced the previous month is removed from the next list.
Can I buy a single list instead of subscribing?
No. A list decays from the day it is made, and a one off sale means you get the blame for data that was accurate when it left. This is monthly or not at all.
Who owns the data?
You do. It is your list, delivered to you, and you can keep it if you stop.
Do you send the emails as well?
Only on the done for you tier, and only under the conduct rules in the contract.
Tell me about the last five customers you were really glad to get
What did they have in common? If you can answer that in a couple of sentences, there is something here to build. Reply and tell me, and I will tell you honestly whether this works for your market before either of us spends any money.
